I'm surprised that Jennifer Hudson wasn't even 50%. How the hell did you measure that though?

I timed Hudson's performance according to the basic rules (see above) and it came in at just under an hour (59 minutes & 51 seconds) but the movie was so long (131 minutes) that her percentage came in lower. Cate Blanchett's performance in Notes is a minute or so shorter, but so's the movie so her percentage came in higher.

I don't do "live" timing. I can only do it when I'm working from a dvd/vhs or -- ahem -- some other recording of the film in question.
