...that was The Action Heroine Blogathon at The Film Experience. 'Twas one of the most dynamic blogathons StinkyLulu's yet participated in, with lotsa new blogfriends. (Say "hi" to CINEBEATS and Verging Writer.) The blogathon boasted uncommonly diverse and uniformly interesting contributions from all corners of the blogosphere. Good work, Nathaniel, you're an especial hostess for such film freakery...

Yet another connection between Miss Dolly & Lu.) She should so totally sponsor a special merit badge in Dollyness...

Thanks for the mention! I feel so honored! And I've happily discovered cinebeats as well.
ReplyDeleteLike you, I am still trying to get through the blogathon list. Off to revel with more heroines . . .
Frankly, the (feminized in a sort of problematic manner) "U" that really had a hold on Smokey Robinson on Sesame Street scared the crap out of me as a child.
ReplyDeleteNice to see you commenting over at my fledgling blog...I don't have a job or anything this summer, so I'm trying to post more to keep thinking at least a smidge critically. I'm also trying to read Foucault, who is actually way more comprehensible than I remember from my abortive undergraduate attempts (this is actually somewhat gratifying).
